Our Christmas

Our Christmas season started with our work parties...

Then it was off to a wonderful breakfast with santa. Ron and Robyn (Emily and Melissa's parents) were so generous to invite all of these children into their home and cook us pancakes.

Next up was a really fun gift exchange with the Wares, Flemings, and Roginas. We forgot our camera to that one!

Everett helped us decorate our tree this year...
For Christmas Eve we cooked dinner at our house and invited Jeremy's family over...


On Christmas morning Everett opened all his gifts from Santa and mom and dad. He was more interested than we thought he would be...
That afternoon, we went to my grandparents house for another Christmas celebration...

And on the following day we drove to Hesperia to celebrate one more time with my mom's side of the family...

We had a very busy and wonderful Christmas this year and can't wait to do it again next year!

My Grandparents

This is my favorite picture of my grandma and grandpa! My grandma is currently recovering from a very large surgery and was just discharged home from the hospital (again, but hopefully for the last time) last night. And we are SO happy to have her home for Christmas! My grandpa has been at her bedside day and night and has done such a wonderful job taking care of her. I thought my favorite picture could put a smile on both of their faces! We love you guys and we are so glad to have both of you home!!

Goodbye November...Hello December!

November just flew by and before I got a chance to post pictures it was over! So, here are a few fun things we did in November...

We spent a weekend in San Diego with a few good friends...

We took Everett to Disneyland for the first time....

And we had a great month all around!

Our brave little boy

Our beautiful baby boy had surgery on Monday morning to repair the tear duct in his right eye. His tear duct has been blocked since he was born. Normally if a baby's tear duct is blocked it will open on its own during the first year. Unfortunately Everett's did not and surgery was needed. The surgery went well and Everett's eye looks great. He was such a brave little boy and we are so happy that everything went well!
