Raging Waters

Jeremy and I took Everett to Raging Waters last week. It was a lot of fun! We don't have too many days off with all 3 of us, so we really enjoyed our day together. We even stayed out way past naptime and Everett fell asleep in the car on the way home....and then slept for over 3 hours when we got home! Two very rare events for this child!

They had a great kid area that Everett could play in...
We took him on the lazy river, but he was not too happy with the life vest.....
This water slide was just for toddlers. We would walk him to the top and he would slide down all by himself.
He loved it! He must have gone down this slide 20 times! He laughed the whole way down!
We had such a great day and I can't wait to do it again!

4th of July

Our 4th of July started out in Oceanside at my dad and Carolyn’s beach condo. Unfortunately it was quite cold and we spent a lot of time like this…..
Everett had a great time feeding the fish in the beautiful ponds though…
…and he loved running around on the mini golf course too.
We did manage to get a little pool time in though. Everett is getting great at blowing bubbles and our new underwater camera is a lot of fun too!
The pool was a little cold for Everett (and me). Poor guy was purple and shivering by the time we got out. He kept saying “all done.”
Since the weather was so poor we decided to take a trip to Legoland and we had a great time!
There was a small water area in the back of Legoland that was a complete surprise...
We were not prepared, so Everett ran around in his t-shirt and a diaper!
So then we ended up buying a towel and a new t-shirt! He had SO much fun though..it was defintely worth it!
This was our first trip ever to Legoland and it was very cool. Here is the white house made of lego's....
We came back from Oceanside on the 3rd and decided to spend the 4th with Jeremy's family at his uncle Dave's house. We had a great day and night of swimming, eating, and watching fireworks. Jeremy and I got creative with our 4th of July dessert...
Then we kept Everett up WAY too late to watch the firework show. He kept pointing at them and saying "Oooo...star." It was too cute!
