T-Ball

Everett started his first T-ball season a few weeks ago!  He is playing in Vineyard Little League and his team is the Angels.  I am so excited to have him on this team and in this league.  My brother grew up playing in the same little league and my whole family was very involved in baseball.  I am also very excited to be playing on the same team with the Rogina family!  They are some of our favorite people and we love spending some extra time with them.

Jeremy gets to help out as one of the assistant coaches.

The Angels had their first game this past Saturday.  Everyone was very cute and I think they all had a great time.  Everett ran to each base the wrong way and he was not thrilled to be waiting for the ball, but all-in-all it went pretty well.
Everett is number 3.  Their jersey's are very cute and even have their last name on the back.  He has a lot of work to do before he even starts understanding the game, but he has been having a blast practicing with his friends.
I am so thrilled for this season of T-ball and I hope Everett loves sports as much as I did as a kid!

Holidays

So I pretty much missed all the holidays through blogging.  We have had a few computer problems, but now that they are fixed I thought I would put all the holidays in one blog!
We spent Thanksgiving with my mom and dad's famillies up in Hesperia.
The boys LOVED everything about Christmas this year!  The loved seeing the lights and were so excited to tell Santa what they wanted.
Both boys really wanted legos, hot wheels, and ninja turtles.
New Years was spent with some of our favorite friends!  Every year the Ware's throw an awesome pajama party for kids and adults.  Everett always says that the "pajama party" is his favorite holiday!
This year we had an early celebration for the kids that included a balloon drop....they loved it!
So, that is the short version of our holiday season.  The holidays are so much fun with kids and I can't wait to celebrate next year with a new baby girl!

Hudson's 2nd Birthday!

My baby boy turned 2 this week!  We had a blast celebrating his birthday at one of his favorite places My Gym.

Hudson and I attend a class here every week and he loves playing games and singing songs, so I knew it would be the perfect place for his party!
He had a so much fun playing with all of his friends!

Monster trucks are Hudson's favorite toy, so we had to put them on his cake!

The day was perfect!  Hudson is such an amazing little 2 year old!  He has the BIGGEST personality!  He is always telling jokes and trying to be silly.  He has a huge vocabulary and talks non-stop!  He loves to play with his brother and I really think these boys are best buds!  My tiny boy is finally back on his growth chart and weighs 23 pounds!  He is just amazing and I enjoy him so much!  Happy 2nd birthday baby Huddy!

Halloween

My little boys loved celebrating Halloween this year!  They were SO excited to go to the pumpkin patcha and asked if we could go about everyday.  They loved all the rides!

After visiting the pumpkin patch at least 3 times, it was finally time to trick-or-treat!  They were even more excited about this!  They had been playing pretend trick-or treat at home for weeks and could not wait to do the real thing.  Anytime I asked Everett, "What do you want to do today?"  He would always say, "Let's go trick-or-treating!"
Everett was a jet pilot and Hudson was a dinosaur.  We joined a few of our favorite friends and headed out to trick-or-treat around the neighborhood.
The kids barely made it and needed to be pulled back home in a wagon...they were exhausted!
We had such a great Halloween and are so sad to see it gone!

4th Birthday!

My sweet little boy turned 4 years old today!  He has changed and grown so much in the past year.  Currently his favorite things to do are play cars and hang out with his friends.  He is in his second year of pre-school and loves it.  He recently started a karate class and seems to enjoy it a lot.  His favorite color is grey....and I am not really sure where that came from.  He hates eating anything, but if he had to choose a favorite food it would be eggs or cereal.
He loves to be silly and thinks he is SO funny!  He loves to play with his little brother, and they are so cute lately!  He only weighs 31 pounds...and he weighed 31 pounds on his 3rd birthday!  He LOVES books and we check out new books from the library about every 2 weeks.  He has a great imagination and loves to make up his own stories when we don't have a book handy.  He is always so affectionate and frequently gets talked to for kissing every little girl he sees!
We spent the last week celebrating his birthday.  First we took both boys to Disneyland California.  They had a blast!  Everett is 40 inches tall and finally tall enough to ride some of the bigger rides.  He really wanted to see Cars-Land which was pretty cool.
That night we stayed at the Hyatt, Huntington Beach.  We had an awesome suite with an ocean view!  This is one of my favorite hotels.  It is right on the beach and it has almost like a mini waterpark.  There are 3 waterslides, lots of pools, and a kid pool that is only a foot deep.  The kids loved playing here!

Both boys went down the waterslide too many times to count.

Then we had an octonaut themed birthday party at a local jumper place!  Everett was SO excited to have an octonauts party and has been talking about it and asking when it was for the last 8 weeks!
I had a lot of fun collecting octonauts themed stuff for his party.
I was really happy with my Kwazii and Peso cake pops too!
The birthday boy got so many awesome presents....he is so lucky!
Since his birthday fell on labor day this year, we just continued celebrating through the weekend!  We spent Sunday at a pool party with family.  On Monday I made Everett a special pancake breakfast, then we headed over to a friend's house for another pool party.  And of course we had to sing happy birthday one last time!  Happy 4th birthday Everett....you are one special boy!
