3 months

Hard to believe that this sweet baby boy is already 3 months old! Hudson has been such a wonderful addition to our family and we are so lucky to have another healthy and happy baby boy. He smiles and coos a lot these days and we have also heard him laugh a few times. He has even rolled over from his back to his belly once, but really did not enjoy it and probably wont be doing that again anytime soon! He weighs almost 13 pounds now. He loves watching his big brother do anything and everything. He also loves his hands. He sucks on his hands all day long and has even found his thumb a few times. He hates bottles and pacifiers! =( And this makes being back at work a little tough, but dad is working on this.

Officer of the Year

My amazing husband received a very special award last night. He was named "Officer of the Year" by the city of Loma Linda. His Lieutenant presented him with the award and read a wonderful speech about all of the remarkable things Jeremy did for the city in 2010. She talked about how he is a bike patrol instructor, a member of the dive rescue team, has received two awards for recovering stolen vehicles, and the incredible work he did to stop graffiti in the city. She also said that Jeremy has a very bright future with the Sheriff's department. I am SO proud of this man and so honored to call him my husband!

Hiking

We went on a little hiking trip with our friends the Wares this weekend. We hiked up to a waterfall not too far from our house. The kids had a great time hiking and loved playing in the water. Can't wait to do it again!

Bath Time...and a 2 month check up

Nothing is more fun than a bubble bath with dad!

And this sweet boy just turned 2 months! He had his 2 month check up yesterday and he is doing great. 11 pounds 4 ounces and 23 inches. He is in the 50th% for both. He is now smiling and cooing and is just so cute! And (keep your fingers crossed!) has been sleeping more than 8 hours straight at night for the last week! Hudson...mommy thinks your even cuter when she is well rested!

Fashion Statement

My silly little boy loves to unzip his jammies throughout the night lately. This is how we found him the other day....fashionable!

Merry Christmas 2010!!

We had an amazing Christmas season this year! It was filled with lots of family and friends and lots of parties! Everett loved opening gifts this year and was so excited about each one. And he had quite a few to open! His favorites are this Buzz Lightyear and his train table. When he first saw his train table on Christmas morning he got a huge smile on his face and said, "Oh goodness!!" He plays with his trains for hours at a time...it is so cute!

Our Christmas Eve was spent with Jeremy's family at our home. Our Christmas day started off at my Aunt Debbie's house with my dad's family and ended with my mom's family at our house. My favorite part was spending time with all my family and staying up late playing games! I also loved seeing my handsome boys all dressed up!

This and That...

The rain out here in sunny California has been crazy! It has been raining...I mean pouring....for 5 days non stop at my house. My poor toddler has been stuck inside and we are all catching the cabin fever!

The dogs don't seem to mind! Lately we have had a lot of visitors stopping by. Today we had a playdate, family visit, and a gift exchange with some old friends! Here is a picture of some of our favorite visitors...my grandpa, my dad, and Everett.

We have been busy in the kitchen making and decorating (and eating!) treats for our neighbors.
